Absolutely Southern Designs was started as a home based business by Samantha Previs in 2015 after the birth of her first grandchild. As any good southern grandma would do, Samantha knew her baby needed all things personalized. Once she saw the demand for monogrammed/personalized items in the area, the retail store was opened in 2016.

Samantha and her daughter, Heather Worley now run the store together bringing trendy clothing, accessories, gifts and home decor to not only Virginia, but nationwide. Their desire to provide superior customer service and a personalized shopping experience has lead to two National Boutique of the Year Awards for Best Online Boutique in Virginia. ASD was just recently named the 2020 Best of the Best Gift Shop by the Progress Index.
