The store is located at 5718 Courthouse Road, Prince George Virginia 23875. We are approximately 25 miles southeast of Richmond, Virginia.

What is the current processing time for personalized/custom orders?

While we attempt to keep the processing time to 15-21 business days, occasionally during heavy sales periods, this time frame will increase. If that is the case the website banner will indicate the current turnaround processing time.

Do you accept my items for monogramming?

Unfortunately, this is not a service we are able to offer.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately at info@asdhomeandgift.com. We are sometimes able to accommodate changes made prior to the processing of the order.

Can I purchase a Monogram of the Month box without a monogram?

Yes, however, please note that many times the monogram is what makes the item. If a "blank" tee shirt with a specialized monogram is part of the box, we will do our best to replace that monogram with a different embroidery design so that you would not receive a blank tee shirt but this is not always possible.

I have a coupon/discount code but it is not working when I try to checkout through the app/Facebook group.

The coupon/discount codes will not work through the "comment sold" system which we use for the mobile app and the Facebook group purchasing. These codes will only work in store or on the website at www.absolutlysoutherndesigns.com.

Our app/Facebook group enjoys additional discounts and has exclusive access to many items which never make an appearance on the website or instore. It is almost a second store!
